Hi everybody,

I want to simulate a number of TCP agents (with FTP application for 
example). But I want the agents to appear and disappear much like in
real envoirement - i.e. a new agent starts with the default parameters
(window size, threshold ...), another one stops and so on.

The normal start and stop through otcl which I currentl use, limit me to a 
predefined number of users, and do not reintialze all members when
restarted.

Do you have any suggestions?
