Hi all,
Can any one of you please tell me how to patch
wfq-source to ns-2.1b6a in linux?
Reading thru the README file says i have to patch
manually.  
My question is

1)How do i patch manually?
2)After patching what all commands do i execute? 

Please somebody help me.
