Use duplex links.
You don't say what multicast protocol you're using, but even a
source-based seemingly unidirectional multicast protocol such as DM
needs and assumes the presence of duplex links for reverse pruning.

Now, if you get 'no target for slot 1', that might be slightly
different. That has plagued my large multicast simulations.
