[ns] "make" problem

Hello, when i do "make" in ns 2.1b5, after some changes in Makefile,
i get the following message:
          make: *** No rule to make target 'tcl/lib/ns-myprotocol.tcl'
needed by 'gen/ns_tcl.cc'. Stop.

I haven't implement the file "myprotocol.tcl" , i have just added the line 
above in NS_LIB_TCL  before i do "make" in the Makefile.
What is going wrong and how will i "make" it properly..?
