[ns] matrix parameters.

Is there a way to modify the parameters of the
multistate matrix -in the multistate error model-,
using a variable as an input to the matrix instead of
the value it self?... i mean:

set i 0.07
set j 0.93

set multitrans(0) {{$i $j}
		   {$i $j}}

instead of:

set multitrans(0) {{0.07 0.93}
		   {0.07 0.93}}
