[ns] Bug: reset() in tcp.cc

I ran across a problem recently where TCP variables retrieved 
from TCL didn't correlate with the results of the trace file. It seemed
to be because: 

reset() in tcp.cc doesn't currently set the following 
parameters to zero:

ndatapack_
ndatabytes_
nrexmitbytes_
nrexmit_

This caused incorrect stats to be reported for TCP apps such
as the web model that recycles TCP agents.  Unless they were left 
out intentionally, it may be a 
good idea to include the above 
variables in tcp.cc's
 reset() initialization.
