[ns] new network interface

Hello all,
in classifer-mcast the code uses some network interfaces e.g UKNOWN_IFACE
, ANY_IFACE , which are defined at packet.h .

I simulate a topology where each no has only one uplink and
few downlink interfaces. By defining a new interface UPLINK_IFACE
as the ifaces above, how will i make this interface visible in tcl,
how will adapt it in any node of my topology so that this new iface can be
used in my routing ?
