[ns] Initial wireless node positions in nam: bug report

For the TCL examples <simple-wireless.tcl> and <wireless1.tcl> in the ns
directory /ns-tutorial/examples/, the nam trace files correctly contain
lines that log the initial positions of the nodes. However, for these
examples (and possibly others), it happens that in each case the last of
the node positions defined does not "take"--the initial position
displayed in nam is (0, 0) for node 1 in the first of these files and
for node 2 in the second of these files. In both cases, the correct
initial position is quite different.

(Aside: it would nice if someone made nam display scales in the x and y
directions [like in MS Word] when the dimensions of the area are
specified.)

Workaround: in the TCL file, for the incorrectly positioned node, add a
line defining a zero-velocity movement for that node. For example, for
node 1,

$ns_ at 0.01 "#node_(1) setdest 10.0 10.0 0.0"

This method works but is not meant to be a fix to the underlying
problem.
