I have already installed the ns2( all in one package ) on a Red hatlinux box. whennever I type $ns a.tcl for example, it will give me the error message that out.tr ( tracefile) can not be opened because of lack of authority, but I check the whole directory. there is no out.tr such a file how can I fix this problem? thanks a lot.
