[ns] Multicast over satellite link

Hi, everyone.

I am a student in Japan.
I want to do the simulation of the multicast communication over
satellite link in NS.
Therefore, I think that a terminal(Sat Node) will be made multicast
support.
Concretely, I am thinking about the following topology:

  Terminal----Geo----Terminal----node
                                  .
                                  . (multicast)
                                  . 
                                 node

Is such a topology possible on NS? 
If it is possible, how should I describe a terminal(Sat Node) in TCL
scripts ?
Please, give me some advice.
