[ns] request for a change to the ns-2 web-site

To the person responsible for maintaining the ns-2 web site.  I am the
person who wrote the section on how to install ns-2 on windows:
http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-win32-build.html.  Unfortunately, I no longer
have time to keep this page up-to-date and to answer questions regarding the
information on the page.  I have already made one request to ns-users for
someone to update the page and answer messages.  If no one has time to do
this than I suggest a warning be posted indicating that the page might be
out of date.  Also, I would appreciate if my e-mail address be removed from
the web page mentioned above.
