[ns] xgraph version 12.1 errors

i recently downloaded the most recent version of ( xgraph )

	source code, 12.1, released 20-Dec-99

and have noticed what I think is an error.  when running the
example case called "bar.xg", i.e., a bar graph, and then when
one tries to RESIZE the window, the graph is not cleared and
repainted like in version 11.0 of this program.  check it out.
