[ns] tcp newreno

hi,

can someone give me some pointers to a clear explanation of the exact meaning
of the instance variables of Agent/TCP/Newreno? (e.g. newreno_changes_,
newreno_changes1_, partial_window_deflation_). it's just that i don't like the
idea of reverse-engineering the ns code just to figure out what values i
should give those parameters to get a tcp client compliant to RFC 2582... (by
the way: info on other TCP agents in ns is welcome too.)
