[ns] bad link

Hi,

In trying to access the ns manual from the ns Tutorial webpage
(http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/tutorial/index.html).  In Section
11.1, if you click on the link in the first bullet:

II.1. Documentation for ns&nam
The following documentation for ns and nam is available from the main ns web
page at UCB. 

      "ns Notes and Documentation (now renamed the ns Manual)" could be called
the "main manual" for ns and is available in Postscript format. 

The following error is obtained:

Not Found

The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is
either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you
have it. Please
inform the site administrator of the referring page.
