[ns] ecn in nortel diffserv!!!

hi all,
   I am using  Nortel diffserv implementation.How can i configure 
individual physical queues with ecn. Because at the moment ,i think we can
set the ecn only for the entire queue and not the individual queues.
  ie,
    if qC2E has got numQueues =2
now i can set ecn =1 for qC2E which means that the 2 physical queues wil
have ecn set to 1.but how can i set queue 1 to ecn and the the other with
early drop??
