[ns] CPU time recording using TCLscript

For comparision purposes I need to generate execution
(prefarably CPU)time for DV routing algorithm
convergence. The time should be of the order of
milli/micro seconds. Since the whole of DV routing is
implemented in TCL, it will be very helpful if someone
can tell how to record it.
