[ns] NS installation

Hi, 

if somebody can help me please to install NS.

 I installed tcl8.3.2 and tk8.3.2.
 but i have problems now witn otcl-1.0a6, it's not installed completely.
 I want install tclcl-1.0b10 in order to install ns-2.1b7.
 
 So now the problem is with otcl, i get an error message when i run make:
