[ns] ns-allinone-2.1b7 install problem ,help

I have installed the ns-allinone-2.1b7 in redhat 6.1 platform,and i have make a patch follow the indication of Mr. Haobo, i also make a change in the bashrc with "setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH "/path-to-ns/ns-allinone-2.1b7/tclbox/lib:/path-to-ns/ns-allinone-2.1b7/tkbox/lib/", but when i run ns
the err message "error in loading shared libraries : libtk8.3.so : can not open shared object file : no suchfile or directory"
I dont know what's wrong with this ,please help me
