[ns] ns-allinone-2.1b7a released

ns-allinone-2.1b7a has been released.  Instructions for getting and building ns
are at <http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-build.html>.  This release is 
exactly what was in ns-2.1b7 with these bug fixes/enhancements:

- a bug in gen-map is fixed 
- a heap scheduler memory leak is fixed 
- nse should now build on FreeBSD and Linux 
- the allinone release should build cleanly on Solaris machines 
- allinone information about modifying PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
	is now clarified 

There will not be a release of "ns-2.1b7a", users who want these bug
fixes outside of ns-allinone are encouraged to get a daily snapshot.

There will not be another bug-fix release to 2.1b7; any additional
fixes will appear at <http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-problems.html>
and/or the mailing list.
