[ns] diffserv error

Hi all,

	I installed the diffserv patch of Sean Murphy. The compilation was ok, but
when I tried to run the dsexample1.tcl:

	CAN ANYBODY HELP ME ? My host is a Sun4u (ultra-1) with SUNOS 5.5.1.
