[ns] nortel's diffserv

Hi all,
I am using nortel's diffserv for ns-2.1b6..
currently nortel's topology is 2 edge and one core router,where
classification and policing is done on one link and buffer management and
scheduling is done on other link. i am trying to implement all diffserv
functionalities just on a single link..
is there any way to do it??
