[ns] ns-2.1b7 problem

Hello,
When i try to untar ns-2.1b7 i get the following error :

tar: ns2.1b7/tcl/test/test-output-testReno/Tahoe_TCP2_
      without_Fast_Retransmit.Z  : could not create file :
      I/O error

If any of u have encountered this problem and have
overcome it, please let me know how to go about it.
