[ns] nam problem in displaying wired-wireless-mip scenario

If you set up your MH, HA and FA's location in tcl, running
Nam on the resulting nam file gives different appearance of
relative locations as that specified in the tcl file. 

you can see for yourself by running
test-suite-wireless-lan-newnode.tcl
make sure you use namtrace-all-wireless $fd opt(x) opt(y)

Is this a bug or is there something wrong with the way that the
example
is written? this problem appears in 2.1b6 as well as 2.1b7
