yes, you can manipulate the routing table at each node at will.

e.g.

to say that nodeA should go via link Link to nodeB, you can use

$ns at 0.0 " $nodeA add-route [ $nodeB id ] [ $Link head ] " 

Don't forget to change the routing for the return path as well.
