[ns] What is the relation between the .tcl file under ~/ns/tcl/lib and the ~/ns/.cc, .h

Hi,
  There are some .tcl files in directory ~/ns/tcl/lib.
It seems that it implements some classes such as NODE
and link. What is relationship between node.{h, cc}
and ns-node.tcl?
