[ns] Link with varying delay

Hi all,

Ref. the above mentioned subject and previous proposals on this list (by
Sally Floyd and Tom Henderson) on how to change the link delay
dynamically, I was wondering what happens to the packets already in
transit? That is, if a packet is released by the source node just before
the link delay is (decreased), will its delay be affected? (I hope not) -
Has this been validated somewhere in the test-suites?
