As far as i know, ns does not implement _details_ of industry-standard
routing protocols. I think the reason is, ns is mainly used by protocol
designers to explore their protocols while things like OSPF is quite well
established.

That said, ns does have implementations of distance vector and link state
protocols in the general sense. You can find DV in the ns manual, and link
state examples in tcl/ex
