[ns] trace!!

hi,
 can anyone tell me what does the receive event in the trace file mean?? 
according to the trace, this happens after the enqueue and deque.which
real life action does this simulate??
the following is a sample trace:
   + 3.250603 3 4 cbr 41 ----E-N 10 2.0 6.0 0 21926
   - 3.254883 3 4 cbr 41 ----E-N 10 2.0 6.0 0 21926
