But there is no other up/lower_case(todo).html in ns; there is only one. 

And I've seen this kind of problems before when using winzip on a tar.gz
file. It raised some obviously phantom complaints so I simply ignored it
and everything was fine. But it'd be interesting if someone knows what was
going on there.
