Hello
Suppose I want to have a receiving node to
calculate the bandwidth so that it knows the bandwidth
changing
and can react to it dynamically.
After I read the ns manual, I still cannot figure
out how to do it.
How can I do it ?
Could anyone please point me to some reference
?
