Hello sir
we succesfuly instal tcl8.3.2 but
we are facing problem while instaling Tk8.3.2 and NS2
it giving error message that
Nmake fatal error U1081 cl program not stop found and
Nmake fatal error U1081:'"c:\progra~1\micros~2\vc98\ tools32_rc =
c:\progra~1\micros~2\common\msdev98\bin\cl.exe' program not found stop
respectively while instaling NS2 and Tk8.3.2
where as we found vl.exe file is present in respective path
