Hi,

are you sure you have defined Agent/TEPing ( especially the static class
that involves the name Agent/TEPing)? Your error messege just sais that
the Tcl interpreter can't create a [new Agent/TEPing], therefore the
problem is probably in the definition of the class and not in the part
of the script that calls it.
