[ns] re: Nortel IPR disclosure for diffserv (fwd)



I was scanning the ns archive and didn't see a response to 
this note.

A quick answer: I'm pretty sure the disclosure referred to 
below has nothing to do with the Nortel diffserv code that's
now part of ns.
