[ns] setdest not working

Hello all,
	 Setdest provided along with the ns-allinone-2.1b7a is not
working. I have gone through the archive. Some one has suggested to
include the complete path of the setdest in the PATH variable. Still it
says that it is not found, whereas cbrgen.tcl is not giving any
problem. Can someone help me?? (I am sorry in case it has been answered, I
searched old archieve(2000) but could not found).

	My PATH variable is set as:
/tmp/ns-allinone-2.1b7a/bin:/tmp/ns-allinone-2.1b7a/bin:/tmp/ns-allinone-2.1b7a/tcl8.3.2/unix:
/tmp/ns-allinnone-2.1b7a/tk8.3.2/unix:/tmp/ns-allinone-2.1b7a/ns-2.1b7a:
