I'm trying to design a smart router.
Here is the topology:
node 2 is a router between node 1 and node3.
All links are duplex drop-tail.
All I wanna do is whenever node1 sends too fast,
node2 will notice node1 by sending a special packet.
What files should I modify?
drop-tail.cc? node.cc?
create a agent at node2?
or any other way is better?
