Re: [ns] NS2 snapshot

A very easy way is (in Linux OS):

1. download the ns-allinone-2.1b7
2. unpack it under the (e.g.) ns directory
3. download and replace ns-2, tclCL and nam-1 (don't change the name of the
directories, maybe you want to copy the stable version to other
directory)
4. under ns directory you should find the file install, so run ./install >&
install.out
5. check the file install.out and see if all it's good
6. at the end of this file you find some advice about setting env variables,
(maybe you want to add it in the .bashrc file under your home directory)

I hope it helps you. I know it's not the best way, but it worked for me!
