Assuming that Tcl 7.5 (7.5? I've certainly used 7.4...) isn't
installed so that you can't point configure at it, install Tcl 7.5 on
your solaris box.  (You might find this difficult if you're running
any solaris newer than about 2.4. You might be able to find Tcl 7.5 at
www.scriptics.com.)
