[ns] Is it possible to trace appliacation variables

Hi,

	I have written an application in ns which attached UDP agent. I
need to trace variables of the application object. Is there any way i can
trace the application variables and view then in nam through monitors. I
am aware that this can be done for agents.
	Can any one please let me know how to do this..
