[ns] Funny Wireless trace output!! Comments?

Hi,

For my Ad Hoc network simulation, I'm using the new trace format
and sending tcp packets of size 1000 each (packet size).

I get the following trace output: (2 lines from the trace file):

First, node 4 is sending 1000 bytes (1 packet) to node 5. Then node 5
receives 1020 bytes!!
How come this is happening? Should it not be 1000 as well?

Pls help if you can!!
