[ns] ns allin one uder linux redhat 7.0

Respected sir/madam

i tried installing ns allinone package on red hat 7.0 machine wiyh 128 mb ram but it gives the below error
the erroe is as below . the last error was some thing like this

failed please visit scriptics.com to download tcl8.3.2
