[ns] NAM: initial node position for wireless sims

Hi

Searching through the old mail archives it appears that other people have
encountered the same problem. NAM misplaces the last node. For example,
the following nam file

W -t * -x 1000 -y 1000
n -t * -s 0 -x 100 -y 100 -Z 0 -z 20 -v circle -c black
n -t * -s 1 -x 200 -y 100 -Z 0 -z 20 -v circle -c black
n -t * -s 2 -x 300 -y 100 -Z 0 -z 20 -v circle -c black
n -t * -s 3 -x 400 -y 100 -Z 0 -z 20 -v circle -c black
V -t * -v 1.0a5 -a 0
A -t * -n 1 -p 0 -o 0xffffffff -c 31 -a 1
A -t * -h 1 -m 2147483647 -s 0
W -t 1.0

should display all nodes ordered nicely in a line. Yet, node 3 gets
misplaced.

Any ideas, fixes, workarounds?

Cheers, Yannis
