[ns] nse error

On linux, i tried to make nse from ns-2.1b7a
But i got the below  error.
....
emulate /arp.cc:347:too many arguments tofunction 'ether_addr *ether_aton()'
make: *** [emulate/arp.o] Error 1.
In addition, when I run "nse filenam.tcl",I got the below error
command not found
I am looking forward to any comments on this.
