[ns] problem installing ns-2.1b8 on SunOS

Hi,

I got the following error message during installation of ns-2.1b8 on
SunOS:

tclsh ./../tools/genStubs.tcl ./../generic \
        ./../generic/tcl.decls ./../generic/tclInt.decls
invalid command name "namespace"
    while executing
"namespace eval genStubs {
    # libraryName --
    #
    #   The name of the entire library.  This value is used to compute
    #   the USE_*_STUB_PROCS m ..."
    (file "./../tools/genStubs.tcl" line 13)
make: *** [../generic/tclStubInit.c] Error 1
tcl8.3.2 make failed! Exiting ...

I checked the installation problems page and did not find any such
problems answered there.
