[ns] scenario file

hi

i am trying to vreate a scenario file but the setdest file does not work . i hane installed ns allin one on a redhat 7.0 machine . when i try the make file again it says nothing to be done for 'all' . when i try executing it directly , it says no such file . 

  can any one tell me how to compile setdest and also how to create a scenario file and if possible send me a working copy of setdest too.
