[ns] Is the 2state Markov Error Model Broken

Hi all,
i am trying to use the 2state Markov error model ,
but with out any success..
the code is as follows,(NS-2.1 b8 ...the latest version)
//-----------------------------------------------

	set rate [list  0.3 0.7 ]
         set transition [list 0.1 0.3 ]
         set transunit pkt
         set em [new ErrorModel/TwoState $rate $transunit $transition]

however i am facing a Segmentation Fault(core dump)
If anybody has faced this problem and overcome it ..please help me ...
