[ns] queue monitoring problem

Hi all,

I am writing a simple program,the topology
includes 2 nodes and a link inbetween.
There is a tcp connection(ftp) and also
a udp connection(cbr) going from node0 to
node1.

Now my problem is,how to vary the rate of
cbr source dynamically according to the 
queue_length?

or else can i attach several cbr sources of
different rates and switch on the corresponding
one depending upon the queue_length?

any suggestion is appreciated...
