Hi ,
	I am trying to use ns to simulate a new routing protocol we have developed 
to route packets over an optical network.

I have some questions about configuring / extending the node class.

1. Does the node store neighbour information .

2. How do I get a portmap at the node ? Are the number of ports cinfigurable 
? Also how can I access link information connected to the node ?
