[ns] ns-packet.tcl

Hi Everybody,
	I was trying to do the same example as given in "ns by example : Add new 
application and agent ". It says that in order to add a new packet header 
format an entry had to be made in the { Common off_cmn_ } ..... sequence. 
However when I looked up the code in ns-packet.tcl, this code was commented 
out. Does anyone know how to achieve the same thing in the new code ?
