What was the problem you had with the tcl8.3.2 Makefile? I also
recently had a problem with compiling tcl8.3.2 from ns-allinone-2.1b8a,
but didn't see others mentioning the problem on the list. The problem I
had was that when trying to compile tcl, specfically the genStubs
section, the Makefile wanted to run tclsh (which is what I was trying to
compile). I had this problem on both Sun and FreeBSD machines. I had no
problems compiling tcl from ns-allinone-2.1b8.

Anyone have a fix? If not, I'll look into it next week and hopefully
post a patch.
