[ns] Avg Goodput and Avg Queue Utilz

Hi,

I have a question regd Avg Queue Utilz and the Avg goodput seen by the
users.

Can we quantify avg utilz as being
= Total number of pkts that are dequed / Total time taken

and similarly

Avg goodput of a particular session/user =
Maximum No of pkts received by the receiver / Difference in time of the
first and the last received pkt
